Wide Temperature Ranges
MemxPro’s products perform perfectly in high/low temperatures. They are rigorously tested to perform at industrial grade (-40 to 85 °C), and at extended grade (-25 to 85°C) - ranges much wider than standard grade (0 to 70°C).
Dust and Water Resistant though Conformal Coating
According to customer’s requirement, MemxPro can apply a special protective coating on selected products against moisture, dusts, and chemical contaminants; preventing short circuits and corrosion.
Shock & Vibration Resistant
MemxPro's rugged SSD series has passed military standard MIL-STD-810G rigorous tests to ensure its operation in severe shock and vibration.
Optimized by software or hardware, the write protection can be set up for read-only permission to avoid data overwriting.
The quick erase command instructs SSD controller to write 1 to all of the blocks for data security. Even if the device is powered off after a quick erase command has been issued, the process will continue after power has been restored.
To prevent data theft, an Advanced Encryption Standard (AES 256-bits) algorithm is used for the encryption and decryption of data and specific keys are required to encrypt and decrypt the data.
SSD with data self-destruction function is capable of physically destroying itself and making data permanently inaccessible in a controlled and triggered manner.
During an unexpected power failure, the intelligent firmware and hardware design implemented by MemxPro prevents data loss and ensures data integrity.
Equipped with a built-in OCP (Over Current Protection) and OVP (Over Voltage Protection) IC, the SSD is able to shut down power to protect its data when encountering abnormal currents and voltages.
30µ” Gold Finger Thickness
Gold fingers are gold-plated card-edge connectors resistant to wear agaist repeated insertion. MemxPro designs our embedded storage module with 30µ” gold finger thickness for better signal quality.
MemxPro MLC Plus firmware technology reserves more spare blocks in an MLC SSD. With this extra overprovisioning, the write amplification of the SSD becomes lower for better reliability and endurance.
Device Sleep Mode (DEVSLP)
This power save mode targets only 5mW or less, allowing the product to go into sleep mode when inactive; reducing power consumption and heat generation when it is not in use.
SMARTPro is a MemxPro's utility which is designed to provide product details and S.M.A.R.T. information. Our customers are able to monitor health, temperature and the lifespan of each installed disk in the system.
The sensor in a controller can measure temperature through a product to enhance its data integrity. With SMARTPro, customers can monitor the temperature of MemxPro's SSD inside their system.
The TRIM command allows the OS to tell SSD which blocks of data are no longer in use and can be erased. This enhances write performance by releasing space.
Wear Leveling algorithms and bad block detection schemes are used to extend life span and efficient utilization of the NAND flash memory.
